We provide a full range of insulation to meet all the needs of our customers for cold as well as for heat.


Hot insulation service:

  • Precast mineral wool tubes.
  • Mineral wool mats (blanket).
  • Ceramic fiber for high temperatures.
We use as insulation:
  • Mineral wool coated on one or both sides with various supporting elements (asphalt roofing, galvanized hexagonal mesh, expanded metal, etc.)
  • Ceramic blanket.
These products are provided in the appropriate density and thickness for each type of work and temperature. For insulation of chimneys, furnaces, turbines, reactors, and others, where operating temperatures exceed 600 ° C, thermal insulation for high temperatures is applied. These are recommended by our Technical Department in each specific case.

Cold Insulation Service:

  • Precast plates of expanded polyurethane.
  • Precast half-round rigid expanded polyurethane.
  • Injection and projection of polyurethane foam.
As insulation:
  • Expanded polyurethane plates.
  • Rigid expanded polyurethane sheets.
  • Injection and projection of polyurethane foam.
These materials are installed in the required density and thickness, placed in layers that are adaptable to each specific work.

Exterior Coating

  • Galvanized iron sheet
    with advanced electrolytic processes (zincalum). This type of coating, made with trapezoidal shaped sheets, is ideal for large circular surfaces with significant expansion, since the elastic properties of the coverage are multiplied, giving greater mechanical resistance than any smooth sheet in the same conditions. In addition, the mechanical performance is improved with a paint treatment that gives the necessary effectiveness and achieves very good resistance to the action of various chemicals.
  • Aluminium sheet.
    The aluminum coating has widespread approval for services provided in different environments and in various kinds of conditions. It is highly feasible from the perspective of cost/service.
  • Stainless steel sheet.
    Stainless steel is the most common finishing material used in food handling facilities for its ease of cleaning and high health status. Its chemical resistance and mechanical properties make it one of the most used materials.
  • Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP)
    This material provides a superior seal in addition to the stiffness that the reinforcing fibers give to the cured product. Its main characteristics can be seen when placed out in the open, exposed to extreme weather conditions, especially in high humidity environments since it is an almost complete vapor barrier that prevents moisture from entering the treated equipment.
