Waterjetting for surface maintenance.
It is the most sophisticated technique in the world to replace the unhealthy sandblasting. Ultra high pressure water (UAP) at 3,100 bar is used, which leaves the surfaces free of paint and invisible contaminants, ready to apply the coating according to each situation.
The performance (speed) of the lances is similar to that of the sandblasting.
We also have an automated robot (it is operated with a joystick), which has a performance similar to that of 6 simultaneous sandblasting peaks.
This robot sticks to surfaces by suction and collects dust, paint and water, leaving it in a bag / filter, ready for final disposal.
