Zirconium oxide molten aluminum is an electrically condensed alumina-zirconia grain, produced by melting alumina and zirconia raw material in electric arc furnaces, and then by quenching, crushing, and sieving.

ZA25 is a hard and hard raw material, which has a compact structure, high hardness and toughness, good grinding performance.
It is mainly used to produce high pressure grinding wheels, as well as abrasive belts and sandblasting. Because it can quickly soften the strength of the metal without letting the metal burn, it has a very good grinding effect on steel, cast iron, nickel alloys, titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, and tungsten alloys.
